Eng Seng Lee Construction (ESL) began in 1973 as a Building Main Contractor in Singapore. In the early years, ESL constructed and completed numerous Housing & Development Board projects.  Over the years, our construction expertise has stretched beyond HDB projects to non-HDB related projects including:

 

• Private industrial projects,

• Education related accommodation, 

• Government related project, 

• Joint venturing in private condominiums, 

• Construction of workers’ dormitories,

• and Aviation related buildings

 

Despite diversification, ESL continues to participate in our core expertise, by being involved in both residential and industrial construction in Singapore.
